[EA app] Final Fantasy XV Windows Edition Not In Library

Question

I bought Final Fantasy XV Windows Edition back in March 2018, but in the EA app, I cannot see this any more and the order confirmation email does not have the game code either.
Is there any way for me to get the game code for another platform or do something so I can actually play the game I own?

@darthvader480&nbsp;Is this the only game that is not showing up in the EA app? When you moved from Origin to the EA app, did all your owned games show up?

It's strange but I uninstalled and reinstalled the EA app and now the game shows up.We can mark this as "Solved"
