EA app frozen

I can no longer use my EA app as it is just frozen.  I can still open my games without the EA app but this issue is still a big setback no being able to do things like make purchases.  I don't know i...

    Hey Grant311​,

    So you've reinstalled the app several times and it keeps happening? Do you know if anything in particular leads to it freezing?

    Maybe a silly question, but does clearing the EA app cache help at all?

    It just started so I haven't thought about that.  I will try it.

    Thank you a lot.  Awhile ago I tried but I didn't know how to do it 😂

     

    Usually it is in file explorer
