EA App Game Library Is Empty? Look Here!

EA app is useless and not working, library will not load games. PLEASE FIX THE PROBLEM.

Guys, follow Niko's advice. It works!
I signed in to this website for the first time ever just to post this lol.

Go to your task manager -> CTRL + ALT + DELETE and then find your full list of apps (you might only have a couple displayed. Hit the arrows in the bottom left corner to see them all).

Close the EA App if it isn't already.

Find the "EA BACKGROUND SERVICE" app and end the living hell out of that task. This thing continues to run even without you being in the EA App ! (Thanks EA...)

Launch Battlefield 2042 like normal. Should work no problem !

The EA App won't start, it just comes up with a blank screen, what could be causing this. HELP!!

@Scilian01 after purchasing Command and Conquer ultimate collection, the Library was still empty, so i contacted EA support and below is their response which worked in my case:
1. Go to Control Panel
2. Programs and Features
3. Uninstall EVERY SINGLE Microsoft C++ Redistributable
4. Download EA App installer DONT RUN YET
5. go to https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist?view=msvc-170 and download appropriate architecture of latest C++
6. Install the C++ Package
7. Go to Local Disk/Program Files/ Electronic Arts AND DELETE THE ENTIRE ELECTRONIC ARTS FOLDER
8. Restart Computer
9. Install EA App

im having that same problem, the only game that show up in my steam sims4 which i didnt have packs for but i have all my origin packs that i bought before i used steam and none of those show up. i really dont want to have to by them again.

Same issue. About the 4th time in 2 weeks, so annoying.

Having the same issue as others with games not being displayed. I tried clearing cache with app recovery, removing everything in TEMP , and reinstalling the EA app ...nothing worked.

I spoke with EA support via chat and it sounds like a larger issue. Crossing fingers they will figure it out.

As I have checked with my team , we are getting reports for the same issue from other players and we have reported the issue further.

Good thing is , Our team is aware of issue and reported it further to look in to it.
