"EA app has closed, some features may not be available"

"EA app has closed, some features may not be available". I launched my game and the first time it said "the game failed to load" so basically i was not able to play my household and my saved files. then i went to delete local thumb cache and game ini txt and also went to repair the game and removed some of the mods i just downloaded out and it told me the app has been closed. Pls help!
