EA app in Turkey - Blank/Greyed Out Game Tiles etc. - Since May 22nd, '24

Hello;

Until today I used EA app for BF2042 that I bought from Epic Games. But today EA app shows nothing about My Games. 

I've re-installed, cleared caches, restore, repair, uninstall, run as administrator etc...

What should I do?

    Hi everyone,

    Thank you for sharing your concerns with us regarding the EA app not showing your Game Library correctly (showing greyed-out game tiles etc.) since May 22nd, 2024.

    I have made this thread for players who are IN Turkey. For everyone not in Turkey who is experiencing this issue, please go here and share the requested data on page 1 of the thread.

    For everyone IN Turkey, this thread is for you.

    Please share the following information with us so we can pass it on to the teams for investigation (some items include hyperlinks to show how to gather the information):

    An EA app Error Reporter ID

    EA app logs

    Your current EA app version

    Did you check for any EA app updates?

    Are you on Windows or Mac?

    If Windows, what Windows version

    If Windows, did you already perform a Windows Clean Boot?

    If Mac, what macOS version

    Are you using any sort of VPN and/or network DNS filter like a Pi-Hole/AdGuard, or other types of network-restricting software?

    Are you using a Pay As You Go internet service, mobile internet connection, or any kind of school/college network?

    Did you already check if you can connect your system to a different network and see if you can make the app function that way?

    I can't see or play games in EA App. I search a game, I click it. Then, there is a blank screen. I can't download games. It happens for all games. Also, my games are not showing up in my library. I can see the number of it and a black frame, nothing else. I tried to reinstall, repair, recover, reload the page, end up the EA background services, restarting my PC but nothing changed. Please fix this or share a solution. I'm trying to solve this for weeks!!!

    i am having the exact same problem. i tried everything but no solutions. this ea app is garbage.

    When I open my account, nothing appears on the screen as shown in the attached image. I can't install any games. Please help.

    Hi, 

    That blacked/grayed library issue is fixed for me but now i can't open any ea game i bought on epic games. every time I try to open FC 24, the game's loading screen on the desktop opens. However, when the loading time finishes, the game does not open and strangely it opens Epic Games on its own. how can i fix this?
