I'm getting desperate here, I've tried everything in this thread multiple times, touching things in my pc so deep that it's starting to give me problems, and that's not ok. I now have a pop-up everytime I restart it, and I can't even understand where it comes from. And yes, I followed the instructions to the letter (and I have a bit of education in IT, so I don't even imagine what mess I could've caused if I was a base user, the people the installation should be catered toward).
I can't even do the ever requested "EA App Error Report ID" because the folder "Eletronic Arts" of "C:\Users\[Your computer name]\AppData\Local\Electronic Arts\EA Desktop\Logs" only has a "EA services" folder, and no "Logs" inside it. Even that is not done well!
I haven't been able to install this app for 3 months, always getting the INST-14-1460 error, and soon I won't have as much free time to enjoy them as I have now, so it especially frustrating.
No resolution of a months old problem from EA, no responses, no alternative way to play them, no refund available! How has no one yet sued this company is a wonder to me.
Seriously, I can understand having a problem you can't yet fix, but you can ask me to have patience for a few days, not for MONTHS. At that point you need to at least give us an alternative, like Origin back? I don't care if it costs you money, or work, or whatever. You need to take responsibility for things like this, is so basic I can't even understand how it's possible it's happening.

@DomArgo Hey, I want to add this for the team to review. Just to verify, when you go here C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\EA Desktop\EA Desktop and not through C:\Users\[Your computer name]\AppData\Local\Electronic Arts\EA Desktop\Logs You are not seeing the folder?
If not, can you do a Windows search for (EACrashReporter)? by going to just the C: and typing that in? If you have a secondary drive please do so there as well.
