I am unable to install the EA app in order to play my games. When I download the installer, I can run it but it gets stuck on the "Downloading Stuff" screen and wont actually install the launcher. I can still click on the window and cancel the install, but it won't go past that screen.
I do have visual C++ for windows installed (I saw that recommended as a fix elsewhere but it did not work). I've seen this issue other places, but have not found any solution.
