My EA account is an adult account, but EA App chat censors all messages as #####. Communication settings are missing from my account. This is an account-side restricted communications flag. Please reset my chat and communication permissions. I have already cleared cache, reinstalled the EA App, and checked all settings. The communication options are missing, which confirms it is an account-side restriction. Please escalate to reset the communication flag.
