EA app is censoring literally EVERYTHING. Please help

why is nobody from EA responding here saying they are looking into it? 

I tried clearing all caches / reinstalling my whole windows even, its nothing local on our PCs but some automatic flag set on EAs side or something by mistake from some automated system,  had to resort to use discord instead for chatting but this is obviously not ideal and only works for premade groups,

 

unbelievable
