What you’re describing is most likely a temporary chat restriction kicking in, rather than the EA app suddenly censoring everything on its own. When this happens, it can appear that every message is being filtered, including totally normal ones.
The good news is that this isn’t permanent. In most cases, continuing to use chat normally (no offensive language) for a bit should allow things to return to normal on their own.
We’ve also made some recent changes to reduce the chances of players getting stuck in this situation and to make it easier to recover if it does happen.
If you continue chatting normally and this issue persists after a while, please report back in this thread so we can investigate further.

The same problem remains unresolved. This is not a solution but rather advice from you. (No offensive language) We did not use any offensive language, so your statement is incorrect.
We cant continue chat, because every single word is #, even the numbers. What ever sentence we type is only #....
Cant use chat period. Everything is always censored. The only occurrences of a few words here and there being censored came before full complete censorship. I sometimes can send the word "test" and it works but if I follow that up with "it worked" that is totally censored and everything after. We are all totally stuck for weeks now. Ive attempted to not send anything at all for days and that hasnt helped either.
