EA app is censoring literally EVERYTHING. Please help

I am being a pest to type to my best friend in hashtags. I reported it Dec. 12th. Is that enough of awhile? Kindly remove the censor program until this is fixed so ALL of EA users may chat. It is part of the experience we paid for. I myself have over a thousand in Sims.
