From what we’re seeing, some reports are likely coming from accounts that haven’t had much normal chat activity since the recent changes. When that’s the case, it can still feel like things aren’t fixed yet, even though the system hasn’t had enough regular messages to fully reset.
The best way to help things return to normal is simply to keep using chat as you usually would. We’ve made adjustments to reduce the chances of players getting stuck in this state and to make recovery smoother when it does happen, so normal engagement should resolve it over time.
Important note: trying to “test” whether chat is fixed by sending offensive or inflammatory messages can actually slow this process down. Sticking to normal, everyday chat is the fastest way to get back to a fully normal experience.
We’ll continue to keep an eye on this, and if you’ve been chatting normally for a while and things still don’t improve, please let us know here so we can investigate further.

theres literally no normal everyday chat that can be had. I havent been able to send anything more than the word "test" for 3 weeks or more. people just reply back, "i only see ######. why are you sending me hashtag/pound signs like this?" to which any reply is also just FULLY censored replies. ALWAYS. Why arent you understanding this?
