I have exactly the same problem!! I bought 3 DLCs, the first I tried to install is the horse ranch, I redeemed a code and the app took me to the page of the DLC and invited me to buy it! I'm so confused and I'm not even trying to redeem the other 2 I've purchased (high school years and growing together). I don't know what to do! I tried every solution they gave to you and there's no use! And now that I see your problem hasn't been solved I'm losing hope.
Hi @wiikija6277, I too am beginning to wonder if this will ever get solved.
I've just sent a reply to EA Help via email answering the same questions. I've sent screenshot's as proof and they still have someone different coming on the next message telling me in broken English that they will be assisting me today only to have a different person sending me the next message in broken English.
Either they are trained to annoy, frustrate, ignore or laugh at us I will never know. All I do know is, if they are doing this to get me to give in, they've got another thing coming. I will never give up trying to get the game that I paid for!
I'm really sorry that you too are experiencing difficulty and I've been fighting this for 3 months!! So I hope that you are determined / patient. When it comes to EA / EA Help you are definitely going to have to be both.
