EA App Launches to Blank Screen

Hello everyone, 

I'm having this issue not for the first time, the problem is when I launch EA app it launches but at the end there is no screen.

I tried several solutions but they didn't help. I tried to launch App recovery but it crashes.

I solved this problem by uninstalling and installing but it happened again. On the screenshot you can see the blank screen. Nothing happens when I click it. 

I checked drivers and windows update. Everything is up to date.

    Good luck, same issue and getting the run around from EA.

    Email support sent me to chat.

    Chat support sent me to Microsoft.. and when I pushed back they sent me to these forums.

    I did get a response from one of the moderators, but their initial steps didn't help and I'm hoping for something further.

    Sorry for posting this here, but I can't create a topic here in the Bug Reports & Technical Issues section.

    I can't select the "Platform" nor "Product".

    Same... EA just keeps responding to my submitted tickets with emailed links that contain steps that are not helpful.
