Hello @jovalleau,
please go into the files of the EA app and click on the EA Updater file, which will manually update the app. After that, please try the App Recovery and see if the app loads correctly then.
Hello, Pythia.
I appreciate the assistance, but that did not fix the issue. Since then, I've restarted my computer, made sure no major Windows Updates were installed or major driver updates. ONE TIME I waited about thirty minutes and my games library loaded, but it showed none of them as downloaded. Unfortunately, I did not get a screenshot of this, but if it happens again, I will.
I'll keep trying, but I'm not sure what else to do.
Edit: It happened again. I've attached the photo. I, of course, still have the game downloaded, and it's not just Dragon Age 2.

I managed to sort mine finally!
I tried uninstalling the EA app, it couldn't do it. I googled uninstalling problems and the Microsoft install/uninstall troubleshooter was available. I used that to uninstall it, then reinstalled it and my games showed.
I then ran the repair on the game (Sims 4), which I do regularly anyway.
All working fine!
