Community Managerthe easiest way to find the files is by clicking on the Windows symbol on your keyboard, searching for EA, and then following the file location path.
are you still getting the "Things are taking longer than normal..." that appears as a yellow warning stripe at the top of the app?
Could you please add the EA app as an exception to your antivirus? Please also follow the instructions here and here to ensure that the app isn't having any issues with your internet connection.
