Ea app not downloading windows 11

It's a well known problem and has been going on for a couple of years now. EA haven't bothered to fix it though.

If you do a Google search on "EA app won't install" you'll see dozens of websites where this is discussed and various fixes you can try (Visual C++ being one of them).

I've just tried to get this to work after purchasing Mass Effect on the Steam store. I've given up now, after several hours of trying and got a refund on the game.

I see several people saying that contacto costumer service and they replied, i opened a case yesterday and no answer so far. How do you contact them, via email?
