EA App not launching games

I tried to download BF1 and everytime it hits 100%, it starts downloading again and again. Files are all downloaded but I can't play the game. My friend has the same issue as me. I hate this stupid launcher. When it was origin I didn't have this kind of a problem.

I went to Steam to buy Sims 4 a few days ago, but you still need EA App. Right now I can’t launch Sims 4. It’s been like this for most of 2024 when I bought University in the sale.

still can’t launch Sims 4. So annoying. How can you have a game launcher, that doesn’t launch?

all I get is three dots where you should be manage game or play. The dots blink like it’s loading the information bUt it never does. 

Everything loads like the bundle deals, the video. There is a yellow banner that says things are loading slowly but the info bit never loads at all even after fifteen minutes. 

@ncisGibbs_BOSS can you please submit an error report from the top left menu and share the ID here?

Ok I will try again over the weekend and post the error report. 

Hi. I can’t seem to launch the error so I took a literal screenshot of what happens. I missed the yellow banner warning that things would load slowly.

The three dots are where play/update etc should be. I can access anything else but play or manage. 

The dots stay even when everything else loads, even after fifteen minutes of waiting. Any ideas on the issue as I would love to play Sims 4 again. 

Trying to find out myself what is happening. I tried to repair games. So when I access the EA App everything works bar launching any games. Both Sims 3 and 4 cannot be launched, the three dots just move as if loading information. 

could it be a graphic setting? The adverts work, I could buy things just not launch. It’s stuck on loading the information but never resolves. I tried Windows troubleshooting and launch EA App as Windows 8. No success.
