@Irinel7 I'm having a similiar issue where the app says there's an issue with connecting to the app. The browse system works so I can see games that I could buy but my actual Library isn't loading. EA seems to enjoy making sure we can't play anything offline even if we've bought games that should be available offline. Sigh.

This should now be resolved. If you are not able to use the app, please use the App Recovery option from the settings and relaunch the app.

how nothings been fixed. no support has actually been given I have done all that you have suggested. I have re launched the app I have even uninstalled it and re installed it. I have done all troubleshoot imaginable and I am still unable to launch the game ive seen soo many people have this issue and no support at all everyone I have saw have been ignored or generic feedback. game still wont launch so I am not accepting that as a solution to this issue until it launches againYeah lol don't even expect anything from these "support" anymore. I have the same issue with all my EA App games just launching with process on task manager then magically closing without any errors then it returns to the EA App. My games were working fine a couple of days ago and now it's like this.
- @icoh25 yea Like i have done all that too my dude but EA support has been absolute shambolic and no effort either as you can clearly see above. I beg anyone watching this to re post this on any and all social media outlets because this should not allowed this lack and shambolic support.. I have never seen such horrendous customer service. post and re post please and thanks
