Same here.
It's been over 4 weeks I can't play The Sims 4, because it doesn't show it in my library. It shows that I have 1 game but there is no cover just a blank black box and I can't click on it. So I can't launch and even update the game. I've tried everything: restarting the app, restoring the app, logging out, loging in, etc. There is nothing else left I can do.
I'm frustrated about this app. When I used Origin this kind of problems had never occured. If ea hasn't forced me to use this app to launch thee game, I would've never use it.
English is not my first language, so I'm even way more upset to try to explain my struggle with this situation in a language other than my own.
I even wrote this message through ea eror reporter and sent it 3 times. It gave errors 3 times. This error reporter thing is the error itself in the first place.
