EA app not loaded, EC:104

Has anyone with a Mac had this issues?? Everytime i try to use the EA Launch Helper it tells me 'something went wrong, try again in a minute' so when i try to open the EA App, it tells me it cant load due to error code EC:104. I have tried asking the EA Help for help but they can't tell me how to resolve it. Has anyone got an idea what i can do?

    Every time I open the EA App I get the message "Couldn't connect to servers". I've restarted the app, cleared the cache, restarted my laptop and still nothing! I haven't been able to play in almost a month ☹️ I've never had this problem with Origin.
