EA app not loading

I’m attempting to launch my EA app but keep getting the error message “Background Services crashed” with options to run an update or quit. When i press run update it simply says the app is up to date then quickly exits the screen. I’ve repaired the app, uninstalled and reinstalled, I’ve restarted EA background services & set to automatic but nothing seems to be working.

i am having this same issue and it seems to be a problem only EA can fix. Are you trying to open it on a Mac by chance ? because according to chatgpt (sorry couldn’t find any other help) it’s because of the new Mac update EA hasn’t updated a version to run with the new update.
