i have the same issue, I can download the ea app, use it one time, and the next time it doesn't work at all anoying af
@eulmkz3im86m I'm having trouble as well, I've been trying to play my Sims games for days I uninstalled, and download it again even the EA app.
- @kyleemadison04 yeah same, I was looking forward to play sims again after I bought a new MacBook, so its really annoying that it doesn't work.....

Hello I have an update. Today I have deleted EA app and download it again on the official website and it works. A new version has been released but now I don’t succeed to update My Sims 4 😂 (it’s stuck to 639 MB, ang I have 434 GO available on my disc…) Another day another problem !
