EA App on Mac – Cannot Sign In (Error Codes EC:10005, EC:201

EA App on Mac: I am unable to sign in to the EA App, which prevents me from launching any games. Dates: August 25, 2025 to August 28, 2025. Bug summary: On home Wi-Fi (Spectrum) I receive error code EC:10005 indicating a server or network issue; on my mobile hotspot I receive error code EC:201 instructing me to restart the app and try again. Frequency: Occasionally (20%–50%). Steps to reproduce: open the EA App, attempt to log in with a valid account, observe the error messages. Expected result: the EA App signs in without errors so I can access and launch my games. Actual result: sign-in fails; on Wi-Fi I get EC:10005 and on mobile hotspot I get EC:201.
