Own Adventure Awaits No Have Warm & Cozy Digital Content
I own the Adventure Awaits EP and purchased it before the day it was released and played it on release day, however I did not receive the bonus items
Chatting with EA, the first guy claimed the only thing I owned was Sims 3 Dragons 😨😱, which I found odd since I gave him my order number, game code, screenshot of the sixteen games I own and the 36 Sims 4 packs I own. After 45 minutes in the chat and the guy claimed he could not find any games in my account and ended the chat. ☹️
How do I get the bonus content?
