I pre ordered the deluxe edition of Dragon Age the Veilgaurd and have still not received my DLC. It just does not show up in the game. This has been happening since the release of the game in November last year. Does anyone have any idea how this can be fixed?

11 months with this issue. And not one person knows how to get it fixed. This may be the same issue that happened with the BF6 pre orders. Can ANYONE at EA look at this we need the items we paid for enough is enough this is actually insane.
