EA app on Mac glitched

I don't know if anyone else has had this issue, but I recently signed back onto the ea app after a long time, but I signed into an account which doesn't have my sims 4 packs on it. I went to sign out but the side bar is completely glitched. Where all the boxes should be its just grey and I can't click on them.

I did App Recovery I've re-installed the app, I've deleted the cache all the technical stuff and nothing has worked. The EA help people told me to come here and make a post so, if anyone could help me that would be greatly appreciated.
