EA app cart won't update

Hi! So I've been having an issue where I can't update my cart or add things to my wishlist. I have done everythingI could think of, and then everything I could find online. I don't have a VPN on my computer, I cleared the cache of the EA app, I downloaded and reinstalled the app, I made sure my location matches where I actually am through m computer setting and my ea account, I don't have any payment methods saved in the app or my account. I also can't add anything to my wishlist, and I can't purhase through the ea website either. 

The having trouble updating screenshot is what happens when I try to add things to my cart, and the price not found screenshot happens when i press the purchase button thorugh the listing

it seems like kits are the only problem, I am able to add EPs and GPs, I own all the SPs, and I can't add any kits to my cart.
