EA App Opening as Black Box

When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 15.02.23
Summarize your bug I downloaded the EA app when prompted to do so by Origin, it installed but just opens as a completely blank black box. I'm unable to play any games as I can't download or launch them.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know, it happens whenever I open the EA app
What happens when the bug occurs? The EA app opens as a completely blank black box
What do you expect to see? The app with all it's functions

I've done a lot of troubleshooting and have contacted EA several times. I'm either told there's nothing you can do to help or you're "working on it".

    I did manage to in the end by downloading the Epic Games app and trying to transfer the EA games over. For some reason as soon as I'd got the Epic Games launcher up and ready to go the EA app opened the right way and was fine after that.

    I've got the same issue with mine, and I've tried a plethora of things, to no avail. It says "Connecting to EA App", then instead of presenting me with a login window, brings up a EA Window that is blank, and dark grey. I can't get access to any of my EA games, they're all on Steam, but now require the EA App to play them! I'm really disappointed as this only seems to be an issue affecting Windows 11, from what I've seen.
