EA App opens but nothing happens

Okay so I have no idea why this is happening I just went to play the sims 4 and when I tried to open the sims nothing happened. Like EA App jumped up and down and then appears open but nothing happens. Reinstalled the app twice now, restarted computer, cleared cache ran EA App helper and nothing. Please help! Oh and it just says EA App not responding
