2 years ago@hailie482 There are a number of network errors in your logs which is unusual.
I assume you have used the same wifi as your previous laptop that worked. So it is unlikely a problem with your internet.
Do you have any firewalls installed, or perhaps the default Windows firewall in a mode that might prevent traffic?
There is an app "Firewall & Network Protection" on Windows which has an option to "Allow an app through firewall".
Perhaps check that all "EA app" and "EAInstaller" apps have all the access boxes enabled.
Do you mind trying that, restarting the computer and attempting to load the app again?

@SansGelatine i am using the same network yes. i haven't installed any firewalls and my default windows firewall is the same as my laptop. i tried turning them off and then on again and restarting my computer but nothing.
