Hey there, having the same issue. Checked my firewall protection and EA is already allowed through. Like OP, tried all of the above solutions and nothing.

@Deathofhorde Hey, if you saw hallie482 solved this with a format of the computer. If you are seeing this problem, do other apps and games work fine? Is this problem exclusive to EA app?

SansGelatine Im having this same problem and have gone through every troubleshooting on ea help forum and my firewall is not blocking anything...have uninstalled the firewall too for a moment to try to get it to load on any app page in EA... HELP MEEEE
