EA App: Unable to access offline games unless I'm online

Whenever I'm trying to access my offline games without internet connection, the EA App tells me to go online first. I know it's supposed to let me play my offline games anyways because on rare occasi...

I have two issues

1. My EAapp keeps crashing i cant play any games

2. When i go offline to try and play, it gives me the option to click on my games but when i do, nothing happens. I was able to go offline a few days ago but not anymore
