Summarize your bug I'm trying to launch the EA App to be able to play the Sims 4. When I try to launch the app to get access to my game it states that an update is required, however, when I try to download the update the screen freezes and remains at 0%
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try launching the EA App
What happens when the bug occurs? It will either bring you to the homepage with a pop up that states EA must do an update , the app will not open if you double click it to try to open it, or it doesn't work at all.
What do you expect to see? To gain complete access to the homepage to be able to play game
EA App is not working. It keep say it needs to be updated but freezes while trying to download the update. I'm unable to play my game or purchase the new game
