So this problem has relatively persisted since that time.Screenshots:1 - where the web installer stops 100% of the time.2 - the next visible thing after SS 1, end point.3 - msi installer method end point.

I suspect your user account does not have Admin privileges.

Using a Windows User Account that has Administrative Privileges, download the standalone EA app installer and then right click it and run it 'as an administrator'.

@EA_BarryDone all that before just to try and be diligent about it. There is only one user account, it's a Local Account + Administrator on Win10.What further administrative privilege things can I look into to see where that suspicion leads, because while this problem is unique to any EA app installer(s), I'd like to see if there's a user workaround if that is the case.Further deets:The Owner of the installer file is the aformentioned account, specifically in security details.SYSTEM, Administators, and 'AccountName' are all listed in permissions with full control, and all basic permissions apart from Special permissions. The permissions are hazed out from modification. Checking Effective Access for Administrators, all options have a green checkmark with two people graphic, and limitations empty.Don't know if that's normal, but that's where my eyes are on that topic.Also, the third method on this post ( https://www.thewindowsclub.com/you-require-permission-from-trustedinstaller-to-make-changes-to-this-folder (the registry text here effectively)) I've used in the past to remove the remnants of an old toolkit version I had on a different drive. Not sure if that'd have any interference either. For context, this installation of windows is a product of toolkit used to remove bloat I'll never use.Can't fathom anything else to do with Administrator Privileges, so hope that helps identify anything further.

For now, I found a rabbit hole that results in a workaround. Basically just lets you use Origin again (&nbsp;https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports-Technical-Issues/Active-Investigation-quot-You-Don-t-Have-Access-quot-error-in-EA/m-p/12322040/highlight/true#M19074 ).

Best thing to do atm man, Admins have clearly been told not to engage after a certain point(Usually point 1 lol) and then they generally hit you with generic crap from a notepad they have saved and blame it on the user like they tried in this thread.

No longer a functional workaround, back to uninstallable/inoperable. Gated out from EA entirely now.
