EA App will not let me update to 1.116.223.1030

I have tried restarting my computerI am not offline on the EA appI have tried force closing the EA AppI do not have automatic updates on I like to manually updateI have no idea what else to do it just will not come up stating that I need to update the game.&nbsp;

My problem was solved with a restart.
