EA App won't add games to My Collection or let me download

HI @bsmaff Thanks for this information, I can pass this on to the team. If there are other people having this issue would it be possible to have them post their details as you did above?

They have already reported to EA, and get the same s**t back like I do all the time.


We will pass it to the relevant team so they won't look at it or attempt to fix the issue, so just continue to pay us money every year with no chance to get a refund cos you can't play any of your games.
