EA Staff (Retired)Hey @iekill Do you have anything else running on your device when you run the EA App installer?
When you have a moment, can we also try the following?
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Restart your device in Clean Boot mode, then try running the installer

Tried everything suggested.
However, the application does not install normally.
The problem was repeated all the time and exceeded the limits of my patience.
I reset the PC and installed the EA app in a new environment.
It works fine now, but the EA app seems to be worse than the old Origin app.
