ea app won't install sims 4 - 'no internet connection' error

I was having a hell of a lot of issues similar to this and the only thing that helped was restarting my internet. Unplugging the box, leave it for 30 seconds to a few minutes, then plugging it back in. Recommend trying if you've exhausted everything else as I had when I was having these issues before. It's started up again for me so I'm hoping it'll work for me again. Can't access the gallery and every time I start up I get a Sims Delivery error code. So frustrating, but I hope maybe resetting the router helps some folks!
