my account will not open
I've not been on the app in a month and now I've not been able to log in please help

Have you tried doing an app recovery for the EA app?
yes! it all started when i updated the sims game and now I can no longer log in to the acoount

yes, that's right no issues at all log in here
I even log in to my sister's account and saw where my picture is not there either
