EA app won't launch after nog finishing the update.

Hi, I have the problem that my EA app no ​​longer launches properly. This is probably because the WiFi failed while updating the EA app.  I contacted EA via Chat and they did not understand the pro...

The app failed to launch
The app couldn't connect to EA's servers. Check your internet connection, and try again. If the problem continues, reinstall the app. 

reinstalled and cleared cache, tried disabling firewall too. Cannot get this thing to open so I can play any of my games. Tried the UTF-8 fix online too. Nothing is fixing this dang thing.
