EA App won't let me buy Packs

The EA App won't let me pay /buy new packs. I want to pay with credit card and there is always an error message that says that it didnt work out and that I should try later or try another payment method (which I can't).

I already used the error reporter (which didnt work too btw and it only went through after several tries!).

Error ID: f2ef41f6-677a-4132-83de-d892acc34e57

It still wont work.

Things I already did:

- empty cache

- restart app

- restart pc

- wait and try again

    The following steps should help clear this up for you:

    • Use a different payment method
    • Make sure your billing details in the EA app match the billing details for your card
    • Remove and re-add your payment method from your account
    • Make sure the location on your account matches your real location
