ea app wont let me download laundry day
for the past hour, ive been trying to download laundry day after uninstalling my game and reinstalling it. all of my other packs downloaded fine but when i try to download laundry day, it tries to install for like 3 seconds before it tells me "something went wrong try again later or reach out to support" ive restarted the ea app and my computer, ive cleared ea app cache, ive went into task manager and ended task on the ea background service, but nothing has worked. ive even uninstalled the game to try again and nothing. please help as i would like to play the game for the weekly rewards
There may be something wrong with your filesystem. This path (or one like it) is having difficulty being accessed by the app.
D:\The Sims 4\__Installer\DLC\SP13\__Installer\
Perhaps navigate there and see if you can see and delete the folder? Or perhaps running any disk health software.
