EA APP won't load, DOESN'T STAY in dock neither.

So yesterday I've had some memory problems in my computer before opening the EA APP or the sims game, and so I've cleaned some memory space, and after decided to play a bit of the sims but the problem appears. When I laugh the game it tries to open the ea app, and as soon as the icon of the app appears on the dock, it disappears and none of the programs open. When I try to open the EA app by itself, it happens the same, the icon appears in the dock and disappears as fast as it appears, it doesn't even stay for one second on the dock, nothing.
So I've thought okay, maybe I've messed up the EA app during my cleanup, so lets uninstall, clean up all the residual files, restart de computer and install it again.
After doing that, the same thing happens! So now I'm thinking maybe I need to uninstall the game and all the packs as well as the ea app, before restarting the computer and reinstall everything? Does anyone know if that will solve it? I did not wanted to uninstall everything and install it back, I mean it takes a good hour or two hours to download and install everything released.... And I did not want to go through that process if I don't know it will solve the problem...
