EA App won't open after MacBook Software Update

Hey y'all! I had the EA app working perfectly fine on my MacBook Pro earlier today and then my macbook decided to update automatically. Now the EA app won't open and will bob a few times at the bottom of my screen and then close itself. Anyone else having this issue with the new apple updates?
