EA App Won't Open

The EA app won't open for me. I've tried shutting my computer off and waiting a few days. It won't let me uninstall it so I can reinstall it. I've tried going into my start menu and clicking App Recovery, nothing happens. There's never an error message or anything.

If I go into my start menu and click Error Reporter it will open and then say it needs a restart. So I'll click OK and it will proceed to NOT restart. 

I do not know what else to try.
