Hello alpor545, how do you normally open the EA app on your PC?
I would recommend launching it via the app itself. Close Xbox, Steam, Epic or any other launcher that might be open in the background, and then search for EA on the Windows search bar.
If the issue persists, you may try closing background apps and with a Clean Boot.Keep us posted!
