Hello robertjofcrb21, let's try some things to make this work!
First thing would be checking if your EA Account and Xbox Accounts are correctly linked.
Then I would completely reset the Xbox App:
Right click on the Windows Logo -> Installed Apps -> Search for Xbox -> Click on the 3 dots -> Advanced Options -> Terminate and then Reset.
Before launching the Xbox App again, I would also suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the EA app.
When logging in to the EA app, also try using the Xbox Login rather than your EA account to make sure everything is linked correctly!
Now start the process again and see if it works.
Keep us updated and let us know if the issue is resolved!
Still the same, he says “enabeling” but nothing happend
Not working , still the same , says enable but nothing.
Okay robertjofcrb21 let's then try something else to see if we can make this work!
Try a Windows Services Reset
- Press Win+R, type `services.msc` → Enter
- Stop these services (right-click → Stop):
- Xbox Live Auth Manager
- Xbox Live Game Save
- Xbox Live Networking Service
- Gaming Services
- IP Helper
- Restart the PC (they’ll auto-restart)
Try Clearing System & Store Caches
- Open Command Prompt as admin
- Run `ipconfig /flushdns`
- Run `wsreset`
Try with a Gaming Services Repair / Reinstall
- Download and run Microsoft’s Gaming Services Repair Tool from Xbox Support
- OR
- Open PowerShell as admin and run:
get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN
- Reinstall Gaming Services from Microsoft Store
- Restart the PC
Try a Registry Cleanup (Advanced Step!)
- ⚠️ Back up the registry first ⚠️
- Press Win+R, type `regedit` → Enter
- Delete these keys if present:
- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\GamingServices`
- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\GamingServicesNet`
- Reboot
- Run the Gaming Services Repair Tool again
Extension Refresh in Xbox App
- In Xbox App: Profile → Settings → Extensions
- Toggle EA app extension Off, close the Xbox App
- Reopen Xbox App → toggle extension On
Ensure Services Are Automatic
- In services.msc, confirm all Xbox/EA services above are set to Startup type: Automatic and Running
Wait & Retry
- Sometimes it takes up to 24 hours for EA/Microsoft backend sync
- Temporarily disable antivirus/firewall during testing
One of these steps might work for you. Let us know if anything managed to solve the issue!
