ea app
I have a MacBook Pro and am trying to download the ea app to be able to play the sims 4, but it physically won't appear on my laptop and keeps saying invalid platform. how do I play the sims.

Do you know what version of Mac OS your computer is running? It seems the EA app will only function on Catalina (10.15) or newer. If your MacBook is running an older version then it might not be able to run the EA app.
