Summarize your bug Im not evening doing anything with ea and its crashing my computer. At first i thought it was corrupted data, broken hdd, or broken memory, none of them were the problem. I bought all new hardware (same versions to avoid the new hardware trigger to isolate this issue) Everything passes with flying colours even when the hardware that was in question is installed into an identical PC hardware, clean installed no EA and it works fine since jan, 8th. but this PC is crashing left right and center (see attached photos, those were the worst days and the error or information windows has is the same so i only added it once). Also Ive uninstalled and reinstalled the app. used CCleaner to completely remove it b4 reinstalling. ive tried a lot to keep this PC on for more then a hour.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? this is something im not sure of, considering i couldn't replicate it on any other PC
What happens when the bug occurs? its the background service so when ever it decides to break it does
What do you expect to see? one of three BSOD: SYSTEM THREAD EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED irql_not_less_or_equal Kernel Security Check Failure the funny thing is EVERYTIME i get a BSOD windows reliabilty monitor has EA or EA background service pegged SECONDS before the " windows shut down unexpectedly"
